Anna Sadovskaya belongs to the younger generation of the Belarusian school of landscape painting. Anna's works are characterised by their harmonious colour scheme, panoramic diversity, lyricism, naturalness and spirituality in the depiction of her native land. Such a choice of pictorial language is due to the established traditions of the national landscape school as well as the experience of plein-air practices: it is thanks to her constant participation in seasonal plein-airs that the artist’s landscapes are exceptionally naturalistic. In the works presented at the exhibition, Belarusian nature exists as a self-sufficient whole, as an object of primeval beauty.
The exposition presents about 30 recent works of the artist created mainly in the open air.
